A very stylish design in cabinet front. This AC/DC Mains receiver was made in 1948, and employed lw, mw, & sw bands. The valve line-up consisted of, CCH35, EF39, EBC33, CL33, & CY31.
The Philips brass badge is always missing off these sets ! In more recent years, the 371U has appeared on "covers" of compact discs, depicting "greatest hits" of music of the late 1940's !
